| Rally in Protest on the Day of the Decision Come out support your U.S. brothers and sisters! Remember, "We Are Family" Gay and lesbian Canadians travelling in the U.S. should be concerned. Should there be trouble, either medical or legal, same-sex partners could be barred from visiting each other, as in the tragic case of one lesbian couple visiting Florida last year. Join us at Denman and Davie at 6pm on the Day of Decision. Your participation keeps the hope alive! "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere." - Martin Luther King, Jr. | ||||||||

Discussion on the Canadians Against Prop 8 Facebook group. Out-of-towners: Due to requests from the Yukon to Nova Scotia, we thought that if groups in small towns sent us a large "white knot ribbon" with their city in large letters and signatures/messages, we would display it at the rally. The white knot ribbon could be out of cloth or poster paper. See "www.whiteknot.org" for the shape of the ribbon (as seen at the Oscars). E-mail Roger for the mailing address. | ||||||
